Discovery day: 1 day / 1 night

A perfect way to discover as much as you can in the Wadi Rum desert when one only have one day with us. 

This program mixes 3 activities in one day and one tour:

• camel riding,
• jeep tour
• short hikes.

It will fit into everyone's needs, childrens* and adults, and is designed for families as much as friends traveling together.

Itinerary

Departure is at 9.30am from Wadi Rum village.
After a first tea with our team, you will ride camels to red sand dunes,through Rum and Um Ishrin valleys. On the way you will have a stop at Lawrence's spring, still used by bedouin families living in the desert to water goats and camels.

After having a look at the nabatean inscriptions in An feshiyeh you will leave camels and camel guide to cross a sand dune, where a jeep will join you for a lunch and rest in the shade of the mountain. In the afternoon, you will use the jeep to visit natural rockbridges in Jebel Burdah and Um Fruth. You will have the opportunity to climb the latter if you wish so. You will then walk through Abu khasheba canyon. Your guide will wait for you at the end of the canyon, and drive you to the sunset place before going to our bedouin camp for dinner, evening and night .

The next morning we will drive you back to the village around 8.30am

* Children: for safety reasons, childrens under 6 years will sit on camel with the parents, the walk in Abu Khasheiba is optionnal and can be replaced by a time to play in the sand while other participants are crossing the canyon.
Note : Generally, you will share the tour with other people ( maximum 6 people).
