The camel trail
Camel riding doesn't require any particular experience. If you are fit and want to discover the desert enjoying the natural pace of the animal, this trail is made for you.
We will set every night our camp in different spots, chosen by your guide and according to the season and the weather. In winter and for small groups of less than for participants we may also use our fixed camp.
Our camel guides are Zalabanih bedouins, breeding camels in the Wadi Rum. They will teach you how to ride and you will be surprised how fast you will learn to control your "mount".
Arrival at the airport, where your driver will meet you.
Then we will drive you to your 3* hotel in Amman/Madaba in a 3* hotel.

Dinner and overnight in your 3* hotel by the entrance to the site.
You will have a full day to discover the red rose city of Petra, built by the Nabateans, including a private four hour guided tour with an English-speaking guide. You will also have free time to explore Petra, for example you can walk further along through the sit to climb to the monastery. There are cafes within the site for your choice of lunch. After you have said hello to your camel you will begin riding from the village and we cross the red sand dunes, stopping to look at the ancient Nabatean inscriptions in Umfashieh. After a relaxing lunch in the sand dunes you will cross Um Ischreen valley, arriving at Barragh canyon. You will spend the night in the bivouac camp at the entrance of the canyon.

Wadi Rum- Aqaba
For our last day our caravan rides through Saabata valley, crossing in the direction of the spring area where you will visit Qatar and Lawrence springs, where Bedouin families still to this day come to their goats and camels. Indeed it is the presence of this water that permitted the ancient Nabateans to live in the valley, and thanks to this the area became an essential element for the passage of caravans on the trade route to Aqaba.
In the afternoon you will transfer from Wadi Rum to Aqaba, the southernmost point of Jordan on the shores of the Red Sea.
